She navigates the ever-changing evolutionary characteristics of the innovation process, covering regions from Japan to nations in Asia, Africa, and Europe. Additionally, Chie is involved in co-creative human resource development and has developed working tools to effectively widen understanding towards social co-creation. Her objective is to contribute to innovation process management for business and society, along with human resource development for innovation.
