The Community Development Department is a pivotal part of Proeducation Consulting, designed to engage with our clients and stakeholders through a series of strategic activities and events. These initiatives are aimed at creating a vibrant community that provides valuable insights, promotes continuous learning, and fosters strategic excellence.

Job Description

Oversee all community development initiatives.

Develop and implement community engagement strategies

Collaborate with other departments to align community activities with business objectives.

Monitor and analyze the impact of community activities.

Report on community engagement metrics to senior management.

Collect feedback from community members.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree preferred in business, social sciences or relevant fields.

2-3 years of work experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-solving skills and leadership skills.

Experience in event management is a plus.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
